1. Introduction

Welcome to 6Barre. These Terms & Conditions govern your relationship with 6Barre Ltd (referred to as "the Studio", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing our studio in Sheffield, using our website, or booking any of our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Our studio is built on mutual respect, precision, and community; we ask that all 'Sixers' adhere to these guidelines to ensure a premium experience for everyone.

2. Studio Services

6Barre provides boutique barre and Pilates instruction, including group classes, private one-to-one sessions, and small group workshops. Our services are conducted at our studio in Elshaw House, Sheffield. We reserve the right to modify class schedules, instructors, or service formats at any time to maintain our high standards of instruction and safety.

3. Bookings & Cancellations

All classes must be booked and paid for in advance via our website or app. We operate a strict 12-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel a booking with less than 12 hours' notice, or fail to attend, the class credit will be forfeited. For members on unlimited packages, a 'late cancel' or 'no show' fee may apply. This policy ensures that other Sixers have the opportunity to Find Their Six in our small-group settings.

4. Memberships & Class Packs

Memberships and class packs are personal to the purchaser and are non-transferable and non-refundable. Class packs have specific expiry dates which are clearly stated at the point of purchase. Founding Sixer memberships and other promotional offers are subject to their own specific terms, including minimum commitment periods where applicable.

5. Payments & Pricing

All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to increase our prices at any time; however, any increase in monthly membership fees will be notified to you at least 30 days in advance. Payments are processed securely via our third-party payment providers.

6. Health & Safety

Your safety is our priority. By attending a class, you warrant that you are in good physical condition and have no medical reason or impairment that would prevent you from safely participating. You must complete a health guest form before your first session. Always inform your instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or pregnancy before class begins.

7. Studio Rules & Conduct

To maintain our boutique environment, we ask that you arrive at least 5 minutes before class. Late entry is not permitted once the class has started for safety and to avoid disruption. Mobile phones should be silenced and stored. Grip socks are recommended for hygiene and safety. Please treat our staff and fellow Sixers with kindness and respect.

8. Liability

Participation in fitness classes involves inherent risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 6Barre Ltd and its instructors shall not be liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property while in our studio. Nothing in these terms excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

9. Intellectual Property

All branding, class designs, the 6Barre Method pillars, website content, and logos are the intellectual property of 6Barre Ltd. You may not use, replicate, or distribute any of our content or branding without express written permission.

10. Privacy & Data

We value your privacy. Any personal data provided to us will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). We use your contact details to manage your bookings and, with your consent, to send you studio updates and marketing communications.

11. Right to Refund (Consumer Rights)

In accordance with UK consumer law, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a refund on unused class packs or memberships. However, if you attend a class within this period, you acknowledge that your right to a refund is waived for the used portion of the service.
